The Truth About Six Pack Abs

I was definitely skeptical going in to The Truth About Six Pack Abs program. Mostly because it didn't really seem like a program at all, more like guidelines that you are supposed to follow; however at less then $40 it was worth a shot. Overall I've got to say I am pleased with my progress following what Mike Geary has laid out. I'm not much of a dieter, and rarely keep hard and fast measurements of my progress, but I have lost about a pound every two weeks, and more importantly have seen my waistline improve drastically.

What's funny is that I have turned in to a walking infomercial without being aware of it. I am now one of those annoying people who are like “you should really try The Truth About Six Pack Abs system.” I do not tell my friends to try products lightly, I think that diminishes the value of my opinion, but I have no problem telling them to give this a shot. Mostly because it's not another stupid workout. There are no sets of crunches to do, and no counting carrot sticks. My weight rarely fluctuates, so I knew that my small results were do to me at least partially following the system. Besides, it was already paid for, and really the majority of the system is taking small things out of your life and doing stuff you do already differently, so it was pretty much laziness that kept me from starting that first month. Anyone can handle changing their sit up routine, especially if they already do one.

Like I said the results even from half assing the systemwere pretty good, but once I kicked things up in to high gear the results got even more spectacular. Losing one pound every one to two weeks may not seem like a lot, but I really did not have that much to loose in the first place. I assume that someone carrying around more weight will loose more then I did. Weight however really wasn't my reason for trying out The Truth About Six Pack Abs, I was much more interested in the promised six pack.

I would love to say that the inches just melted of my waistline, but I would be lying. For one thing I only had a little stubborn flab to lose, so there was a total of about 3 inches I wanted to get rid of, and it took a little less than 1 1/2 months to totally get rid of this little excess flab. While this may not sound impressive, lets think about it...this extra flab has been plaguing me forever, and never goes away no matter what I do.
